Hadith 18128
١٨١٢٨ - حدثنا (عمر) (١) بن هارون عن الأوزاعي (عن عطاء) (٢) قال: لها (صداق) (٣) ونصف.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then, thinking that he has the right to take her back, has intercourse with her, then the woman will receive the full dowry and half.
