Hadith 18124
١٨١٢٤ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري في رجل طلق امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها واحدة، ثم غشيها وهو يرى أن له عليها الرجعة قال: يفرق بينهما، ولها الصداق كاملًا.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then, thinking that he has the right to take her back, has intercourse with her, then separation will be enforced between the two and the woman will receive the full dowry.
