Hadith 18122
١٨١٢٢ - حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن (يونس) (١) عن (الحسن) (٢) قال: لها الصداق كاملًا.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry.
