Hadith 18121
١٨١٢١ - [حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن مطر عن الحكم قال: لها الصداق كاملًا] (١).
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dower.
