Hadith 18120
١٨١٢٠ - حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة في رجل طلق امرأته، ثم غشيها وهو يرى أن له عليها رجعة، قال: لها الصداق كاملا (لغشيانه) (١) إياها.
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry. Because the man has had intercourse with the woman.
