Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Amr bin Harith bin Musliq (may Allah have mercy on him) says that among all people, the most severe punishment will be for two types of people: one, the woman who is disobedient to her husband, and second, the leader whom people dislike.
