١٧٨٦١ - حدثنا مروان عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال: هو الزوج.
Hazrat Dhahhak, in the commentary of the verse { الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحِ } of the Holy Quran, states that it refers to the husband.
