في قوله (تعالى): ﴿إلا أن يعفون أو يعفو الذي بيده عقدة النكاح﴾Explanation of the Quranic Verse: {Unless they remit it or he in whose hand is the marriage tie remits it} ({اِلَّا أَنْ یَعْفُوْنَ أَوْ یَعْفُوَا الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحَ})
Hadith 17860
١٧٨٦٠ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن الحكم عن شريح قال: هو الزوج.
Hazrat Shurayh, in the commentary of the verse { الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحِ } of the Holy Quran, states that it refers to the husband.
