١٧٨٥٩ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال: هو الزوج.
Hazrat Shurayh, in the commentary of the verse { الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحِ } of the Holy Quran, states that it refers to the husband.
