١٧٨٥٣ - [حدثنا أبو داود عن زهير عن أبي إسحاق عن الشعبي قال: هو الزوج] (١).
Hazrat Sha'bi, in the commentary of the verse { الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحِ } of the Holy Qur'an, states that it refers to the husband.
