Hadith 17729
١٧٧٢٩ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن في الرجل يتزوج المرأة ثم (تزني) (١) قبل أن يدخل بها، قال: يفرق بينهما ولا صداق لها وجلد مائة ونفي سنة وإن هو زنى فرق بينهما.
Hasan says that if a man marries a woman and then, before consummation, the woman commits adultery, separation will be effected between them and the woman will not receive the dowry. She will be given one hundred lashes, exiled for one year, and if the man commits adultery, separation will be effected between them.
