١٧٥٨٤ - وقال عطاء: إذا لم يكن بينهما ميراث ولم يكن له (عليها) (١) رجعة فلا بأس أن يتزوج.
17584 - Ata' said: If there is no inheritance between them and he has no right of return (to her), then there is no harm in marrying.
