Hadith 17540
١٧٥٤٠ - حدثنا ابن علية عن ليث عن الشعبي أن رجلًا قال لشريح: إني تزوجت امرأة فمكثت عندي ثماني سنين ثم طلقتها وهي عذراء قال: لها نصف الصداق.
Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that a man said to Hazrat Shurayh, "I married a woman, she stayed with me for eight years, then I divorced her without having a lawful meeting with her." He replied that the woman will receive half the dowry.
