Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sulayman bin Yasar narrates that a man married a woman and spent some time with her in the afternoon. Marwan asked Hazrat Zaid about this matter, and he replied that such a woman will receive the full dowry. Marwan said that the man is not among those who should be suspected. Hazrat Zaid said, "If she becomes pregnant or gives birth to a child, will you enforce the prescribed punishment on him?"
