Hadith 17494
١٧٤٩٤ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن (عبيد اللَّه) (١) عن نافع عن ابن عمر في الأمة التي توطأ: إذا بيعت أو وهبت أو أعتقت (فلتستبرأ) (٢) بحيضة (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that if a slave woman has been had intercourse with, and then she is sold, or given as a gift, or set free, then it should be ascertained for one menstrual cycle that she is not pregnant.
