١٧٤٨٧ - حدثنا (زيد بن حباب) (١) عن حماد بن سلمة عن أياس بن معاوية في رجل اشترى جارية صغيرة لا يجامع مثلها؟ قال: لا بأس أن يطأها ولا يستبرئها.
Hazrat Iyas bin Mu'awiyah says that if a person buys a very young slave girl, of such an age that intercourse is not done with girls of that age, then the owner can have intercourse with her without istibra.
