١٧٤٧٨ - [حدثنا ابن نمير عن محمد بن إسحاق عن عطاء قال: قال عمر: إن كانت لا تحيض (فأربعون) (١) يومًا] (٢) (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the waiting period (‘istibra’) for a slave woman who does not menstruate is forty days.
