Hadith 17457
١٧٤٥٧ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن عطية عن ابن عمر قال: من اشترى جارية فلا يقربها حتى (يستبرئ) (١) بحيضة (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that whoever buys a slave woman should not go to her until he is certain of the emptiness of her womb through one menstrual cycle.
