Hadith 17456
١٧٤٥٦ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: سألته عن رجل اشترى جاربة لها زوج، قال: يستبرئ رحمها بحيضة.
Hazrat Mughira says that I asked Ibrahim, if a man buys a slave woman who has a husband, what is the ruling? He replied that he should be certain of the emptiness of her womb by one menstrual cycle.
