Hadith 17394
١٧٣٩٤ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد في رجل تزوج امرأة على أن يحجها ثم (طلقها) (١) قبل أن يدخل بها قال: لها نصف أدنى ما يحج به إنسان.
Hazrat Hammad says that if a person marries a woman on the condition that he will take her for Hajj, but divorces her before consummation, then half of the expenses for Hajj will be obligatory upon him.
