Hadith 17393
١٧٣٩٣ - حدثنا هشيم عن إسماعيل (بن) (١) أبي خالد عن الشعبي في الرجل يتزوج امرأة على أن (صداقها) (٢) عتق (أبيها) (٣) فلم (يُبعَهَ) (٤) قال: لها قيمة الأب.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a man marries a woman in exchange that he will free that woman's father, and he is not able to free him [the father], then the price of her father will be obligatory upon him.
