Hadith 17392
١٧٣٩٢ - [حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم في الرجل يتزوج المرأة على أن يحجها قال: هو جائز] (١).
Ibrahim says that if a person marries a woman on the condition that he will take her for Hajj, then this is permissible.
