Hadith 17391
١٧٣٩١ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل عن الشعبي في رجل تزوج امرأة على أن (١) يعتق أباها فلم يقدر عليه، قال: عليه قيمة الأب.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a man marries a woman in exchange that he will free that woman's father, and he is not able to free him [the father], then the price of her father will be obligatory upon him.
