Hadith 17382
١٧٣٨٢ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: كان يسأل عن ⦗٣١٧⦘ الرجل يتزوج المرأة (فيشترط) (١) عليها أن لا يأتيها كذا وكذا ولا ينفق عليها إلا شيئًا معلومًا، قال: (إنما) (٢) الصلح الذي (أمر) (٣) اللَّه به بعد الدخول، (وكان) (٤) (يكرهه) (٥).
Hazrat Zuhri, regarding the person who sets a condition in marriage that he will not come to her and will spend only a specified amount on her, says that the reconciliation which is commanded in the Qur'an is after one instance of intercourse. It is as if doing so is disliked.
