Hadith 17381
١٧٣٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر عن جرير عن مطرف عن الحكم وحماد في رجل تزوج امرأة وشرط لها: ما قسمت (لك) (١) من ليل أو نهار (٢) رضيت به (قالا) (٣): هذا شرط فاسد.
Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad were asked: If a man stipulates in marriage that the woman will not receive any share during the day or night, and the woman agrees to this, what is the ruling? They replied that this condition is invalid.
