١٧٣٧٥ - حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن عامر في المكاتبة: تسعى ومعها زوجها قال: لها الخيار وإن سعى معها.
Hazrat Aamir says that after emancipation, a female slave who has entered into a contract of manumission will have the choice, even if her husband has made efforts to pay the amount of the contract with her.
