١٧٣٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر عن ابن المبارك عن ابن جريج قال: قلت لعطاء: إذا أعتقت الأمة فأصابها مبادرًا قال: بئس ما صنع! قال: قلت: (لها) (١) (خيار) (٢) على الحر؟ قال: لا.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that I asked Hazrat Ata that when a slave woman is freed and her husband immediately has intercourse with her, what is the ruling? He replied that he has done very badly. I asked, will she have the right of choice in the case of a free husband? He replied, no.
