Hadith 17361
١٧٣٦١ - حدثنا ابن مبارك عن ابن جريج قال: بلغني عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه قال: لها الخيار وقال: لو كان لي عليه سلطان لضربته.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib says that when a slave woman is freed and her husband has intercourse with her, while she was not aware of her right of option (khiyar), then her right of option will remain. If I had the authority, I would have punished the man who did this.
