Hadith 17353
١٧٣٥٣ - حدثنا ابن علية عن خالد عن أبي قلابة عن عمر قال: إذا أعتقت الأمة (فلها) (١) الخيار ما لم يطأها زوجها (٢).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if, after the woman’s emancipation, the husband has intercourse with her, then his right of choice will be terminated.
