Hadith 17350
١٧٣٥٠ - [حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر في (المملوكة) (١) تكون تحت العبد فتعتق قال: لها الخيار ما لم يمسها (٢).
Hazrat Nafi' narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) was asked: If a slave woman is the wife of a slave and that slave woman is set free, what is the ruling for her? He replied: As long as the husband has not touched his wife, she has the option (of separation).
