Hadith 17347
١٧٣٤٧ - حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن حرب بن أبي العالية عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد (قال) (١): لها الخيار وإن كانت تحت أمير المؤمنين.
Hazrat Mujahid says that whether the husband is free or a slave, after a bondwoman is freed, she will have the right of choice. Even if her husband is the Commander of the Faithful.
