Hadith 17334
١٧٣٣٤ - حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن أبي العلاء عن قتادة وأبي هاشم (قالا) (١): إن تزوجها ثم وطئها مرة ثم لم يستطع أن يغشاها فإنه لا خيار لها بعد (تلك) (٢) المرة.
Hazrat Qatadah and Hazrat Abu Hashim state that if, after marriage, the husband has intercourse once and is then unable to do so again, the woman does not have the right of option thereafter.
