١٧١٢٧ - حدثنا علي بن هاشم عن ابن أبي ليلى عن الشعبي في الرجل يطأ أمته وقد زنت قال: هو بالخيار إن شاء وطئها، وإن شاء أمسك.
Hazrat Sha'bi was asked whether a man can have intercourse with a slave woman who is a fornicator. He replied that he has the choice: if he wishes, he may have intercourse with her, and if he wishes, he may refrain from her.
