Hadith 17125
١٧١٢٥ - حدثنا حفص عن ليث عن عبد اللَّه بن أبي لبابة عن ابن عباس أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يطأ الرجل (أمته) (١) إذا فجرت ويرى أن ذلك تحصين لها (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) did not consider there to be any harm in marrying a slave woman who had committed adultery, and he said that this would be a means of purification for her.
