١٧١١٩ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يكون تحته الأمة (الزنية) (١) قال: هي (كعرض) (٢) ماله يطؤها.
Hasan, regarding the slave woman of a thief, says that she is his property; he can have intercourse with her.
