Hadith 17109
١٧١٠٩ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد قال] (١): إذا أصاب الرجل الجارية المشركة فليقررها بشهادة (أن) (٢) لا إله إلا اللَّه، فإن أبت ولم تقر لم يمنعه ذلك أن يقع عليها.
Hazrat Mujahid says that when a man acquires a polytheist slave-girl, he should invite her to testify to La ilaha illallah. If she refuses even then, he can still have intercourse with her.
