Hadith 17051
١٧٠٥١ - حدثنا (ابن علية) (١) عن (ابن أبي عروبة) (٢) عن قتادة عن سعيد بن السيب عن زيد بن ثابت أنه كان لا يرى (به) (٣) (بأسًا) (٤) إذا طلقها ويكرهها إذا ماتت عنده (٥).
Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit considered it completely permissible to marry the mother of a woman in the case of divorcing the woman before consummation. And in the case of the woman's death before consummation, he considered it undesirable.
