Hadith 17044
١٧٠٤٤ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل له أمتان أختان ⦗٢٤١⦘ فغشي إحداهما ثم أمسك (عنها) (١) هل له أن يغشى الأخرى، قال: كان يعجبه أن لا يغشاها حتى (تخرج) (٢) عنه هذه التي غشي من (ملكه) (٣).
Hasan was asked: If a person owns two slave sisters, and he has had intercourse with one of them, can he have intercourse with the other? He replied: No, it is not permissible until he removes the one with whom he has had intercourse from his ownership.
