Hadith 17032
١٧٠٣٢ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن موسى بن أيوب عن عمه عن علي قال: سألته عن رجل له أمتان أختان وطئ إحداهما ثم أراد أن يطأ الأخرى قال: لا، حتى يخرجها من (ملكه) (١)، قال: قلت: (فإن زوجها) (٢) عبده، قال: لا؛ حتى يخرجها عن ملكه (٣).
The uncle of Hazrat Musa bin Ayyub says that I asked Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) if a man owns two slave sisters, can he have intercourse with both of them? He replied that no, it is not permissible to do so. However, he can do so after removing one from his ownership. I asked if he marries one of them to his slave, can he then do so? He replied that no, not until he removes one from his ownership.
