Hadith 17026
١٧٠٢٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي مليكة أن معاذ بن عبد اللَّه بن معمر سأل عائشة فقال: إدن عندي جارية أصبت منها ولها ابنة قد أدركت (فأصبت) (١) مثها، فنهته، فقال: لا، حتى تقولي: هي حرام، (فقالت) (٢): لا يفعله أحد من أهلي ولا ممن أطاعني (٣).
Hazrat Mu'adh bin Ubaidullah bin Ma'mar asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I have a slave woman with whom I have had relations. She has a daughter who has become of age; can I have intercourse with her as well? Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) forbade him from this. I said to her, is she forbidden to me? If you say she is forbidden, I will not do so. Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that none of my family or those who obey me have done such a thing. And I asked Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), and he also forbade it.
