Hadith 17003
١٧٠٠٣ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن أنه سأل عن رجل جرد جاريته هل تحل لابنه أو لأبيه: أنه كان يكره ذلك إذا قبلها أو جردها لشهوة.
Hasan was asked: If a person sees his slave-girl naked, is that slave-girl lawful for his father or his sons? He replied: If he kissed his slave-girl or removed her clothes out of desire, then his father and his sons cannot use that slave-girl.
