١٦٩٨٧ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي قال: أيما عبد جاء إلى حرة فزوجته فعلصت (بعد ذلك) (١) (أنه عبد) (٢) (فإن) (٣): شاءت استقرت عنده كان شاءت فارقته.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a man married by claiming to be free, but was later found to be a slave, then the woman will have the choice to remain with him or to separate from him.
