١٦٩٨٥ - حدثنا (معن) (١) بن عيسى عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري في امرأة] (٢) غرت بعبد وكانت (تحسبه) (٣) حرًا قال ابن شهاب: تخير.
Hazrat Zuhri was asked: If a woman is deceived regarding a slave, and she believed him to be free while he was actually a slave, what is the ruling? He replied: The woman will have the choice.
