١٦٩٨٤ - حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه سئل عن رجل (دلس) (١) نفسه لامرأة [فزعم أنه حر وهو عبد؟ قال: تخير
Hasan says that if a man marries by claiming to be free, but later it turns out that he is a slave, then the woman will have the choice.
