١٦٩٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن إسماعيل عن الشعبي في (امرأة) (١) تزوجت رجلًا على أنه حر فوجد (عبدًا) (٢) قال: (تخير) (٣).
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a man marries by claiming to be free, but later it is revealed that he is a slave, then the woman will have the choice.
