Hadith 16884
١٦٨٨٤ - حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن ابن أبي (ذئب) (١) قال: سألت عطاء عن الرجل (تكون) (٢) (تحته) (٣) الأمة (فيشتريها) (٤) قال: ⦗٢٠٥⦘ هي (أمته) (٥) يصنع بها ما شاء.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhib says that I asked Hazrat Ata: If a man has a slave woman in his marriage and he buys her, what is the ruling? He replied: She is his slave woman; he may do with her as he wishes. I asked the same question to Hazrat Zuhri, and he also said the same.
