Hadith 16871
١٦٨٧١ - حدثنا هشيم قال: نا يونس عن الحسن أنه قال في صداق السر: إذا أعلن أكثر منه (قال) (١): يؤخذ بالسر (وتبطل) (٢) العلانية.
Hasan says that if a man, while determining the dowry for a woman, says something secretly and something else openly, then what was said secretly will be considered valid and what was said openly will be invalid.
