١٦٨٦١ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا نكحت الحرة على الأمة (فضلت الحرة) (١)، يقسم للحرة ليلتان وللأمة ليلة.
Hasan says that when a free woman is married while a slave woman is also present, the free woman will have superiority in the division. The free woman will have two nights and the slave woman will have one night.
