Hadith 16836
١٦٨٣٦ - [حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن قال: لا ينكح الأمة على الحرة] (١) فإن فعل ذلك لم يترك.
Hasan says that one should not marry a slave woman while a free woman is available. If someone does so, he will not be left in that state.
