١٦٧٦١ - حدثنا عباد بن عوام عن سعيد عن قتادة في ولي اليتيمة إذا زوجها وهي صغيرة، قال: النكاح جائز، ولها الخيار.
Hazrat Qatadah says that if the guardian of an orphan girl arranges her marriage while she is still a minor, the marriage is valid and she will have the right of option.
